One Year Limited Warranty
Quiet Ride Ear Muff Corporation warrants each new product it manufactures to be free from defective materials and workmanship. Quiet Ride Ear Muffs agrees to remedy any such defect or replace the unit (at our option), provided the unit is delivered to us, intact, with all transportation charges prepaid to our factory, for a period of two one year from date of sale to the original purchaser. The provisions of this warranty shall not apply to any unit which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, incorrect mechanical or electrical installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, nor to units which have been repaired or altered outside of our factory.
Products purchased directly from Quiet Ride Ear Muffs will be automatically registered to the owner for purposes of product warranty.
Our Order Process
Select the Quiet Ride Ear Muff Kit from our on-line store (or by phone or fax). Our sales staff will review your order to make sure everything will work together. You will be notified if we have any suggestions or spot any potential incompatibility. In stock products usually ship within 2 business days. Lead times may be 1 to 3 days to accommodate our quality assurance procedures.
In any case, your credit card will not be charged until your order has actually shipped. Once your order has been shipped we will notify you by email with final charges and an internal tracking number.
Quiet Ride Ear Muffs shipped via ground or U.S. Postal Service Parcel Post to the 48 contiguous United States (our choice). If you choose any other method for shipping, (or live outside of the US, in Alaska, or Hawaii) we will add the FULL cost of shipping and insurance to your order. We will add any additional COD charges (from the carrier) to your order total. We do not charge for "handling", you pay only our costs for shipping
If you encounter any shipping damage, we will assist you in filing claims with the shipper. The carrier assumes responsibility for the order once it leaves our factory.
All orders are subject to verification of payment. If we have any problems with your credit card, we will call or Email you before we can ship your order. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. For orders outside the U.S., the buyer is responsible for customs, tariffs, VAT, and any other tax or fee levied by government agencies in the buyer's country.
ALL returns must be authorized in advance. For refunds and/or exchanges, the items must be unused, in their original packaging, have been purchased/delivered within the previous 5 business days, and be included in our current product line. Defective products must be shipped prepaid to our Grand Rapids factory, along with date & proof of purchase.
